What we collect

• Your name and email, from the Google or Apple account you sign in with.
• The expenses you record: amount, category, date and description.
• The text of what you say, and photographs of receipts you scan.
• If you enable bank message tracking: the text of the bank message, with card numbers masked out.

Third-party processing

To understand what you said or read a receipt, we send that text or image to an AI provider (OpenRouter) which returns the amount and category. This happens only at the moment of recording, and your name and email are not sent with it.

We also use Firebase for sign-in and Supabase to store your data.

We do not sell or share your data for advertising, and the app contains no ads.

Bank messages

This feature is optional and enabled by you. Any long digit sequence such as a card number is masked before the message is read or stored, and the message is deleted from the server as soon as the expense has been extracted. Nothing is recorded as an expense until you confirm it.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and every expense at any time from Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To reach us: tonymikhael100@gmail.com.
